Both Zou Arc and Skypiea Arc are located in an extremely hard island to reach (Skypiea being a Sky Island, Zou being a wandering island), populated by a race of which very little is known about (Shandians and Minks), right after the defeat of a Shichibukai (Crocodile and Doflamingo), and where the Poneglyphs are shown.
